14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Initiate Return: Visit antwerpmens.com/returns
  2. Print Label: Generate your prepaid return label (EU only)
  3. Repackage: Use original packaging if possible
  4. Drop Off: Ship via designated carrier

Refund Process

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable
  • International customers: Refunds exclude customs duties

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Return original item via standard process
  2. Place new order at antwerpmens.com
  3. Email [email protected] for price adjustments

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”)
  • Customized/personalized pieces
  • Underwear & swimwear

Faulty Items

For manufacturing defects:

  1. Do not use return portal
  2. Email [email protected] with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/video of defect
  3. We cover return shipping costs

International Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Declare as “Returned Goods” to avoid import fees
  • Refunds processed in EUR
